Painting in the Pines offers:

  • Professional painting services for interiors and exteriors

  • Color consultations

  • Paint parties

  • Refurbished and flipped furniture items (“Products”) for sale

1. Eligibility

This Site is intended for use by individuals located within the United States who are at least 18 years old.

3. Orders, Payments, and Pickups

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay through Wix Payments.

  • All furniture purchases are final sale, sold as-is, with no returns or refunds.

  • Pickup or delivery will be coordinated directly between Painting in the Pines and the buyer at an agreed upon location. We do not ship furniture items.

  • Paint party bookings, color consultations, and interior or exterior painting services require payment as agreed upon during scheduling.

 

4. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our Products and Services, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including photos, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by Painting in the Pines. You may not download, copy, reuse, or distribute any images or content without our prior written permission.

 

6. User Comments and Reviews

If you submit comments or reviews on the Site, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and marketing purposes.

  • We strive to represent Product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary based on your device screen.
